i received a parcel in the mail that was intended for you. but i couldn't wait for you to get home from school to make it with me. but it is hanging in your room if that is any consolation.

and i thought we could make one of these together instead.

oh, and i was so pleased you loved your Homage a Piet Mondrian class at Artplay on Sunday that i have booked you in for the Brack studio, too. i can't wait to see what you create.

do remind me to tell you about this. i was thinking we could squeeze it in around coffee here. what do you think? or would you prefer this?

anyway. must pull that tray of brownies out of the oven to cool while i walk up to school to collect you.
