the stopgap lived up to my name for it and filled a temporary hole in my crafting calender. now, thankfully, some of the other yarns i was waiting on, have arrived so no further stopgap has been required.
i am so pleased with the classic, textured result of the herringbone cowl. i especially like how it can be readily pulled into shape to suit either a cowl or, ahem, a headband...
i have been admiring another herringbone design for some time. however, i'm not so sure i want to 'waste' my valuable knitting time making something for mr assemblage when i could be creating something for me. in this one area of my life, it's all about me.
